Real Estate Firm To Pay Rs 60K Monthly

A consumer commission has ordered a real estate firm to pay a customer Rs 60,000 per month. This follows the company's failure to uphold a lease agreement for a white sandalwood plantation investment. The customer had invested Rs 17.5 lakh in 2023 for agricultural land. The commission also awarded compensation and litigation costs, with the firm required to comply within 45 days.

एक कंज्यूमर कमीशन ने एक रियल एस्टेट कंपनी को ग्राहक को हर महीने 60,000 रुपये देने का आदेश दिया है। कंपनी सफेद चंदन के बागान में निवेश के लीज एग्रीमेंट को पूरा नहीं कर पाई थी। ग्राहक ने 2023 में 17.5 लाख रुपये लगाए थे। कमीशन ने हर्जाना और मुकदमे का खर्च भी दिलाया है, जिसका भुगतान कंपनी को 45 दिन में करना होगा।
