Himachal Pradesh Govt Approves New Posts To Boost Super-Specialty Healthcare Services

The Himachal Pradesh government has approved the creation and redistribution of various posts at the Atal Institute of Medical Super Specialties (AIMSS) in Chamiana, Shimla. This move aims to strengthen super-specialty healthcare, medical education, and clinical services by ensuring adequate doctors and paramedical staff. The approval includes faculty and senior residents in critical care, anaesthesia, surgical gastroenterology, and radiology. Additionally, the institute will hire support staff like dietitians, pharmacists, security personnel, sanitary workers, ward attendants, and laboratory technicians, alongside engaging drivers and IT staff.

हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार ने शिमला के चियाना में अटल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल सुपर स्पेशियलिटीज (AIMSS) में विभिन्न पदों के सृजन और पुनर्वितरण को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस कदम का उद्देश्य पर्याप्त डॉक्टरों और पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ सुनिश्चित करके सुपर-स्पेशियलिटी स्वास्थ्य सेवा, चिकित्सा शिक्षा और नैदानिक सेवाओं को मजबूत करना है। मंजूरी में क्रिटिकल केयर, एनेस्थीसिया, सर्जिकल गैस्ट्रोएंटरोलॉजी और रेडियोलॉजी में फैकल्टी और सीनियर रेजिडेंट शामिल हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, संस्थान आहार विशेषज्ञ, फार्मासिस्ट, सुरक्षाकर्मी, स्वच्छता कर्मचारी, वार्ड अटेंडेंट और प्रयोगशाला तकनीशियन जैसे सहायक कर्मचारियों की भर्ती करेगा, साथ ही ड्राइवरों और आईटी स्टाफ को भी नियुक्त करेगा।
