Jio Platforms Q2 Profit Surges 14% Year-on-Year To ₹8,387 Crore

Jio Platforms reported a net profit of ₹8,387 crore for Q2 FY27, marking a 13.7% increase compared to the ₹7,379 crore earned in the same quarter last year. The company's operating revenue also saw a significant rise, growing 11.4% year-on-year to ₹40,475 crore. Other income experienced a substantial jump of 49.5% year-on-year, contributing to a total income of ₹41,453 crore. Total expenses increased by 11.6% year-on-year to ₹30,194 crore during the quarter.
