SEBI Approves Lending Startup Fibe's ₹750 Cr IPO

Markets regulator SEBI has given its final approval for lending tech startup Fibe's initial public offering (IPO). The company, formerly EarlySalary, plans to raise over ₹750 crore through a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale. Fibe intends to invest ₹562.6 crore from the IPO proceeds into its NBFC subsidiary to support lending. This IPO will offer a significant liquidity event for existing investors like TPG and Norwest Capital.

सेबी ने Fibe के IPO को हरी झंडी दे दी है। यह फिनटेक कंपनी, जो पहले EarlySalary के नाम से जानी जाती थी, ₹750 करोड़ से ज़्यादा जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। Fibe इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल अपनी NBFC सब्सिडियरी में करेगा ताकि लोन देने का काम बढ़ाया जा सके। इस IPO से TPG और Norwest Capital जैसे मौजूदा निवेशकों को भी बड़ा फायदा होगा।
