Health department officials in Nirmal town have sealed two diagnostic centres for violating the Clinical Establishments Act. These centres were found to be operating without the mandatory registration required before commencing operations. Registration ensures that such facilities meet prescribed standards and are subject to regulatory oversight. District Medical and Health Officer K Rajender stated that departmental action will be taken against all establishments found violating the rules. He also warned that inspections would be expanded across the district to ensure compliance.
