Jeff Vibbert, who worked with McAfee at Barstool Heartland from 2017 to 2018, stated that staff often had to "walk on eggshells" and anticipate McAfee's unpredictable reactions. Vibbert suggested this behavior was consistent with McAfee's recent public response to criticism from the University of Utah. He characterized the work environment as one where employees felt unable to challenge McAfee, leading to indirect communication and constant suspicion.
