Stalin Defends Tamil Nadu's Two-Language Policy

Tamil Nadu leader Udhayanidhi Stalin defended the state's two-language policy and opposed Navodaya schools, a day after the Supreme Court urged a change in mindset against Hindi. Stalin stated Tamil Nadu is not against any language and does not function as a separate country. He highlighted that many Tamilians have achieved success without learning Hindi, proving no disadvantage. He called for unity to uphold the state's policy and reject Navodaya schools imposing a three-language system.

तमिलनाडु के नेता उदयनिधि स्टालिन ने राज्य की दो-भाषा नीति का बचाव किया और नवोदय स्कूलों का विरोध किया। यह तब हुआ जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हिंदी के खिलाफ सोच बदलने की बात कही थी। स्टालिन ने कहा कि तमिलनाडु किसी भी भाषा के खिलाफ नहीं है और न ही अलग देश की तरह काम करता है। उन्होंने जोर दिया कि कई तमिलों ने हिंदी सीखे बिना सफलता पाई है, जिससे साबित होता है कि कोई नुकसान नहीं है।
