Russian National Admits Illegally Exporting Parts

Andrey Samuylovsky, a Russian, Estonian, and Swiss citizen, has pleaded guilty in the United States to a scheme involving the illegal export of US-origin aviation and aerospace parts to Russia. The Justice Department stated that Samuylovsky and associates arranged dozens of shipments valued at nearly $2 million between early 2022 and September 2024. These parts were ultimately reexported to Russia, violating US sanctions.
