Apple's iOS 27 introduces a new continuous slider for its Liquid Glass effect, allowing users to precisely control translucency levels. Previously, users had only two preset options, Clear and Tinted. The new slider is located in a dedicated Appearance section within Settings, consolidating interface customisation options. This system-wide setting affects menus, icons, and overlays, offering greater personalisation for iPhone users. The update also includes accessibility features like Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast to further refine the visual experience.
