Railways Grants Temporary Train Stoppages For Pitripaksh Mela

The East Central Railway has announced temporary stoppages for several passenger trains at Punpun Ghat, Anugrah Narayan Road, and Chiraila Pauthu stations. These halts are scheduled to October 10 to facilitate pilgrims attending the ongoing Pitripaksh Mela. At Punpun Ghat, at least 22 passenger trains will receive a two-minute stoppage, while 10 passenger trains will halt at the other two stations. This measure aims to ensure convenient and hassle-free travel for devotees performing rituals for their ancestors during this significant period.

ईस्ट सेंट्रल रेलवे ने यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए कई पैसेंजर ट्रेनों को पुनपुन घाट, अनुग्रह नारायण रोड और चिरेला पौथू स्टेशनों पर अस्थायी रूप से रोकने का ऐलान किया है। यह रोक 10 अक्टूबर तक जारी रहेगी ताकि पितृपक्ष मेला में आए श्रद्धालु आसानी से यात्रा कर सकें। पुनपुन घाट पर 22 ट्रेनों को दो मिनट का ठहराव मिलेगा, जबकि अन्य दो स्टेशनों पर 10-10 ट्रेनों को रोका जाएगा। इससे पूर्वजों के लिए पिंडदान करने वाले भक्तों को सहूलियत होगी।
