All fund accounts will undergo mandatory audits by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), enhancing transparency and accountability. These measures, aligned with Union Ministry directives, aim to strengthen road safety, prevent accidents, and reduce fatalities across the state. An online accounting system will also be extended to districts for real-time monitoring of fund utilisation, with details to be uploaded to the Union Ministry's portal.
