Patient Dies After Hospital Fan Falls

A patient named Akbar has died after a ceiling fan detached and fell onto his bed, striking him in the abdomen. Eyewitnesses reported the incident occurred suddenly. Hospital staff provided immediate attention to the patient following the accident. The hospital has attributed the death to a pre-existing 'medical condition', despite the fan falling on him.
