उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने लखनऊ में 'टेकसंगम 2026' में कहा कि आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस एक सहायक है, फैसला लेने वाला नहीं। उन्होंने एक घटना का ज़िक्र किया जहाँ एक ज़मीनी माफिया ने सरकारी ज़मीन पर कब्ज़ा करने के लिए रिकॉर्ड में हेरफेर किया था, जिससे पुलिस भी लाचार हो गई थी। सीएम ने बताया कि कैसे CID जैसे शो से प्रेरित आधुनिक फोरेंसिक विज्ञान अब अपराध सुलझाने में मदद करता है, जिससे अपराधियों के लिए बचना मुश्किल हो गया है। उन्होंने 1980 में पहली बार सक्रिय हुए एक माफिया सरगना से जुड़े 42 साल पुराने मामले का भी ज़िक्र किया, जिसे पंजाब से प्रत्यर्पित करने में तीन साल लगे।
