Supreme Court Collegium Recommends New Chief Justices for Four High Courts

The Supreme Court Collegium has put forward recommendations for the chief justices of the Delhi, Gujarat, Telangana, and Uttarakhand high courts. Justice P Sam Koshy is proposed for the Delhi High Court, currently serving as the acting chief justice of the Telangana High Court. Other recommendations include Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak for Gujarat, Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty for Telangana, and Justice Sudhir Singh for Uttarakhand. These appointments follow the recent elevation of previous chief justices to the Supreme Court, creating vacancies in these positions.
