Eighteen-year-old influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, known as Alorah Ziva, has removed a sexual assault allegation from her civil lawsuit against fellow influencer Braden Peters, or Clavicular. Her attorney stated the withdrawal aims to avoid interfering with ongoing criminal proceedings in Massachusetts related to the same alleged incident. While the civil suit in Florida no longer includes the sexual assault count, it still contains claims of battery and emotional distress. Peters faces criminal charges in Massachusetts, including rape and drugging, which he denies.
