The probe will also cover attacks on police personnel and damage to public property, including police vehicles.

दिल्ली क्राइम ब्रांच अब जुलाई में सीजेपी विरोध के दौरान हुई हिंसा की जांच करेगी। सूत्रों का कहना है कि हिंसक घटनाओं को लेकर बीएनएस की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं। जांच का उद्देश्य नई दिल्ली में अशांति के लिए जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों की भूमिका का पता लगाना है। अधिकारी यह पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि क्या हिंसा पूर्व-नियोजित थी या क्या आपराधिक तत्वों ने विरोध प्रदर्शन में घुसपैठ की थी। जांच में पुलिस कर्मियों पर हमले और पुलिस वाहनों सहित सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को नुकसान भी शामिल होगा।
