JNU is once again at the center of controversy after slogans like 'Free Umar Khalid' and 'Long Live Naxalbari' were found written on its campus walls. Additionally, a picture of Veer Savarkar was defaced with ink and a written apology was left below it. ABVP has strongly condemned the incident, alleging a planned attempt to disrupt the university's atmosphere and promote urban Naxalism. The ABVP has demanded strict action against those responsible for these acts.
