Jio Platforms, Reliance Industries' telecom and digital arm, will launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on October 21, closing on October 23. The company plans to offer approximately 27 crore shares with a price band of Rs 1,065 to Rs 1,119, aiming to raise around Rs 30,213 crore. This offering is set to become India's largest IPO, surpassing Hyundai Motor India's previous record. Upon listing, Jio Platforms is projected to achieve a market capitalization of approximately Rs 10.3 lakh crore, positioning it as the fourth most valued company in India.
