हाई कोर्ट ने आरोपी पुलिसकर्मी को हटाने से इनकार किया

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने एक महिला प्रदर्शनकारी को थप्पड़ मारने के आरोपी पुलिस वाले को हटाने से मना कर दिया है। जस्टिस गिरीश कथपालिया ने कहा कि किसी भी गलत काम पर कानूनी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए, लेकिन कोर्ट निष्पक्ष सुनवाई से पहले किसी को दोषी नहीं मान सकती। कोर्ट ने ऐसे आरोपों से निपटने में निष्पक्षता की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया।
