Kochi's Palarivattom To See Traffic Diversions For One Month

Traffic regulations will be enforced in Kochi's Palarivattom area for one month starting this week. The diversions will affect the SN Junction-St. Martin’s Church corridor due to ongoing piling works near the church. Vehicles travelling from Edappally to Kaloor will be rerouted via SN Junction, Palarivattom, and then proceed towards Kaloor. Kochi Metro Rail Limited will conduct a trial run on Thursday. Additionally, KMRL plans to fill vacancies by year-end and boost non-ticketing revenue, including through station naming rights.

इस हफ़्ते से कोच्चि के पालारिवट्टोम इलाके में एक महीने के लिए ट्रैफिक के नियम लागू होंगे। चर्च के पास चल रहे पाइलिंग के काम के कारण SN जंक्शन-सेंट मार्टिंस चर्च कॉरिडोर पर ट्रैफिक बदला जाएगा। एडप्पल्ली से कालू जाने वाले वाहनों को SN जंक्शन, पालारिवट्टोम से होकर कालू की ओर भेजा जाएगा। कोच्चि मेट्रो रेल लिमिटेड गुरुवार को ट्रायल रन करेगी। इसके अलावा, KMRL साल के अंत तक खाली पदों को भरने और स्टेशन के नामकरण अधिकारों सहित गैर-टिकट राजस्व को बढ़ावा देने की योजना बना रही है।
