Tahsildars Given 14 Days For Mining NOCs

Principal Secretary, Mines and Geology, Mukesh Kumar Meena has directed officials to strictly adhere to timelines for processing land No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for mining applications. Under the revised procedure, Tahsildars have 14 days to issue or reject an NOC. Any delay automatically escalates the application to the Joint Collector, who has seven days, and then to the District Collector, with another seven-day timeline. This new system aims to eliminate pendency and ensure timely processing of mining permits through the OMEPS 2.0 portal.

के Principal Secretary, Mukesh Kumar Meena ने अधिकारियों को खनन आवेदनों के लिए land No Objection Certificates (NOCs) की प्रक्रिया के लिए तय समय-सीमा का सख्ती से पालन करने का निर्देश दिया है। संशोधित प्रक्रिया के तहत, Tahsildars के पास NOC जारी करने या उसे खारिज करने के लिए 14 दिन का समय होगा। किसी भी देरी पर आवेदन अपने आप Joint Collector के पास चला जाएगा, जिनके पास सात दिन होंगे, और फिर District Collector के पास, जिनके पास सात दिन की और समय-सीमा होगी। इस नई प्रणाली का उद्देश्य OMEPS 2.0 portal के माध्यम से लंबित मामलों को खत्म करना और खनन परमिट की समय पर प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करना है।
