The court cited significant expenses and delays associated with securing physical presence of these witnesses, who are based in the US and UK. Their depositions are scheduled to be recorded starting December 1, 2026, with one witness examined daily. This decision aims to expedite the trial, which is nearing its conclusion, by facilitating evidence collection from international witnesses.
