हेल्थकेयर अगले तीन से पांच साल में फोर्टिस हेल्थकेयर में अपनी हिस्सेदारी बढ़ाकर 51% करने की योजना बना रहा है। कंपनी का लक्ष्य भारत की बढ़ती स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की मांगों को पूरा करने के लिए 2031 तक अपनी कुल बेड क्षमता को लगभग 10,000 तक बढ़ाना भी है। यह विस्तार 25 सितंबर, 2026 को Supreme Court के उस फैसले के बाद हुआ है, जिसमें फोर्टिस हेल्थकेयर की विशेष अनुमति याचिका का निपटारा कर दिया गया था। IHH ने भारतीय बाजार के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की पुष्टि की है, जिसका उद्देश्य अपनी उपस्थिति को गहरा करना और निवेश बढ़ाना है। कंपनी ने कहा कि वह चल रहे फोरेंसिक ऑडिट में पूरा सहयोग करेगी।
