IIT Madras and CMC Vellore have collaborated to develop artificial intelligence tools aimed at detecting kidney disease in its early stages. These innovations include three distinct tools designed for risk prediction, efficient CT scan triage, and precise 3D tumour assessment. This advancement holds significant promise for improving patient outcomes by enabling earlier diagnosis and intervention, potentially reducing the burden of kidney-related illnesses.

आईआईटी मद्रास और सीएमसी वेल्लोर ने मिलकर किडनी की बीमारी का शुरुआती दौर में पता लगाने के लिए आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) टूल्स बनाए हैं। इनमें तीन खास टूल हैं - बीमारी के खतरे का अनुमान लगाने के लिए, सीटी स्कैन को तेज़ी से जांचने के लिए, और ट्यूमर का सटीक 3D आकलन करने के लिए। इससे मरीज़ों का जल्दी पता लगाकर इलाज किया जा सकेगा, जिससे किडनी की बीमारियों का बोझ कम होगा।
