SP Group Seeks ₹25,000 Crore From Tata Sons

Shapoor Mistry, chairman of Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) Group, has proposed that Tata Sons pay approximately ₹25,000 crore over two years for a portion of SP Group's stake. SP Group holds about 18.37% in Tata Sons and aims to monetize around 7% of this holding. The proposal was sent to Tata Trusts chairman Noel Tata. Discussions are ongoing to resolve the matter, with potential structures including a share swap or buyback.

शापूर मिस्त्री, शापूरजी पल्लोनजी (SP) ग्रुप के चेयरमैन ने टाटा संस को प्रस्ताव दिया है कि वे SP ग्रुप की हिस्सेदारी के एक हिस्से के लिए दो साल में करीब ₹25,000 करोड़ का भुगतान करें। SP ग्रुप के पास टाटा संस में लगभग 18.37% हिस्सेदारी है और वे इसमें से करीब 7% हिस्सेदारी बेचना चाहते हैं। यह प्रस्ताव टाटा ट्रस्ट्स के चेयरमैन नूएल टाटा को भेजा गया है।
