Indian professionals applying for US employment-based Green Cards in the EB-2 category have faced a second consecutive month of stagnation, with the final action date frozen at November 1, 2013, in the November Visa Bulletin. While most other countries saw their EB-2 dates advance by three months to April 1, 2025, India's EB-3 date moved forward by three weeks to January 22, 2014. Filing dates for Indian EB-2 and EB-3 applicants remain unchanged at January 15, 2015.
