SFI Dominates Kerala University Union Elections

SFI has achieved a significant victory in the Kerala University union elections, winning in 29 out of 31 colleges in Thiruvananthapuram district. SFI reclaimed four major campuses previously held by the Kerala Students Union (KSU). Elections were postponed in two colleges due to nomination disputes. Protests by KSU and SFI activists at the university headquarters led to a tense situation, with KSU activists demonstrating on the building's roof.

केरल यूनिवर्सिटी यूनियन चुनावों में SFI की बड़ी जीत हुई है। तिरुवनंतपुरम जिले के 31 में से 29 कॉलेजों में उन्होंने जीत हासिल की। KSU के कब्जे वाले चार बड़े कैंपस भी SFI ने वापस ले लिए। दो कॉलेजों में नामांकन विवाद के चलते चुनाव टाल दिए गए। यूनिवर्सिटी हेडक्वार्टर पर KSU और SFI कार्यकर्ताओं के विरोध प्रदर्शन से तनाव बढ़ गया, KSU कार्यकर्ता छत पर चढ़ गए थे।
