Greater Bengaluru Development Minister Krishna Byre Gowda announced the initiative, aiming to resolve the long-standing issue of clogged stations. These vehicles, impounded in criminal and traffic cases, have occupied space for extended periods. The move addresses public complaints and legislator demands for action, clearing space and improving public convenience.

बेंगलुरु पुलिस ने 11,346 जब्त की गई गाड़ियों को पुलिस स्टेशनों से शहर के बाहरी इलाकों में ले जाने का अभियान शुरू किया है। ग्रेटर बेंगलुरु डेवलपमेंट मिनिस्टर कृष्ण बायरेगौड़ा ने यह पहल की है। इससे थानों में गाड़ियों की भीड़ की पुरानी समस्या हल होगी। ये गाड़ियां, जो आपराधिक और ट्रैफिक मामलों में जब्त हुई थीं, लंबे समय से जगह घेर रही थीं। इस कदम से लोगों की शिकायतें दूर होंगी और सुविधा बढ़ेगी।
