राम नगर वन प्रभाग के कालाढूंगी क्षेत्र में कॉर्बेट हेरिटेज जंगल सफारी मानसून के कारण बंद होने के बाद पर्यटकों के लिए फिर से खुल गई है। नदियों और नालों में बढ़ते जल स्तर के कारण पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए सफारी को बंद कर दिया गया था। इसके फिर से खुलने से पर्यटकों को जिम कॉर्बेट की प्राकृतिक सुंदरता, ऐतिहासिक विरासत, वन्यजीवों और कुमाऊनी संस्कृति का अनुभव करने का मौका मिलेगा। इस पहल से स्थानीय निवासियों के लिए नए रोजगार के अवसर भी पैदा होने की उम्मीद है, जिससे क्षेत्र के पर्यटन और अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
