West Bengal Health Dept Deploys Emergency Teams For Kali Puja

The West Bengal health department has prepared two duty rosters comprising 14 senior health officials to coordinate during Kali Puja holidays from November 8 to 12. Four officials will manage emergency services from the Integrated Control Room at Swasthya Bhawan for prompt crisis management. Another ten doctors will liaise with district headquarters and the KMC health department. All officials are urged to remain attentive, particularly after a stampede incident during Durga Puja.

पश्चिम बंगाल स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने 8 से 12 नवंबर तक काली पूजा की छुट्टियों के दौरान समन्वय के लिए 14 वरिष्ठ स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों की दो ड्यूटी रोस्टर तैयार की हैं। चार अधिकारी तत्काल संकट प्रबंधन के लिए स्वास्थ्य भवन के इंटीग्रेटेड कंट्रोल रूम से आपातकालीन सेवाओं का प्रबंधन करेंगे। दस अन्य डॉक्टर जिला मुख्यालयों और केएमसी स्वास्थ्य विभाग के साथ समन्वय करेंगे। सभी अधिकारियों से सतर्क रहने का आग्रह किया गया है, खासकर दुर्गा पूजा के दौरान भगदड़ की घटना के बाद।
