Canadian Diver Molly Carlson Dives From Iceberg Into Freezing Atlantic Ocean

Canadian high diver Molly Carlson has made history by becoming the first woman to dive from a free-standing iceberg into the freezing Atlantic Ocean off Newfoundland. She scaled the icy structure before executing a nearly 15-meter backwards dive into the frigid water. Carlson described the feat, done in collaboration with Red Bull Cliff Diving, as the scariest thing she has ever done. She explained her motivation was to confront fears and show people it is possible to overcome what lies beneath the surface.

कनाडाई हाई डाइविंग की खिलाड़ी मौली कार्लसन ने न्यूफ़ाउंडलैंड के पास अटलांटिक महासागर में एक तैरते हुए आइसबर्ग से गोता लगाकर इतिहास रच दिया है। वह पहली महिला हैं जिन्होंने ऐसा किया है। उन्होंने बर्फीली संरचना पर चढ़ाई की और फिर लगभग 15 मीटर की ऊंचाई से ठंडे पानी में पीछे की ओर छलांग लगाई। कार्लसन ने Red Bull Cliff Diving के सहयोग से किए गए इस कारनामे को अब तक की सबसे डरावनी चीज़ बताया। उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी प्रेरणा डर का सामना करना और लोगों को यह दिखाना था कि सतह के नीचे छिपी चीज़ों पर काबू पाना संभव है।
