Despite its recent inauguration, the Barapullah Phase-III corridor in New Delhi is experiencing significant traffic congestion. Commuters are reporting long delays, particularly on the Mayur Vihar-AIIMS stretch, with traffic merging from multiple lanes into fewer on the old flyover creating a bottleneck. The Delhi Traffic Police have deployed personnel to manage the situation, noting that Google Maps is not accurately reflecting the current traffic conditions. This congestion has emerged as a major concern for motorists using the new corridor, which was intended to improve connectivity.
