MP High Court Issues Arrest Warrants Against Two

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued arrest warrants against Panna district collector Usha Parmar and Chhindwara superintendent of police. Justice Vivek Jain issued the warrants for failing to appear in court or report compliance with previous orders. The court also issued warrants against senior IAS officers Vivek Porwal and Sandeep GV, which were later cancelled after compliance was reported. मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने पन्ना की कलेक्टर ऊषा परमार और छिंदवाड़ा के एसपी के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किए हैं। जस्टिस विवेक जैन ने कोर्ट में हाजिर न होने और पिछले आदेशों का पालन न करने पर ये वारंट जारी किए। वरिष्ठ IAS अधिकारियों विवेक पोरवाल और संदीप GV के खिलाफ भी वारंट जारी हुए थे, जिन्हें बाद में आदेशों का पालन होने पर रद्द कर दिया गया। यह कोर्ट के सख्त रवैये को दर्शाता है।
