TMC to Back Congress-Led Motion Against CEC

TMC has announced it will support a fresh parliamentary motion against the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC), leaving behind past frustrations. TMC MP Derek O’Brien stated the opposition must act swiftly and unitedly, comparing TMC's role to a squirrel in a garden. This move aims to unite non-Congress opposition parties, including DMK and AAP, for a larger battle against the BJP. TMC previously supported the Cockroach Janta Party's ultimatum for CEC Kumar's resignation.

टीएमसी ने कहा है कि वे मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) के खिलाफ एक नए संसदीय प्रस्ताव का समर्थन करेंगे। टीएमसी सांसद डेरेक ओ'ब्रायन ने कहा कि विपक्ष को एकजुट होकर तुरंत कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए। टीएमसी का यह कदम कांग्रेस के अलावा डीएमके और आप जैसे अन्य विपक्षी दलों को एकजुट करने का प्रयास है, ताकि भाजपा के खिलाफ एक बड़ी लड़ाई लड़ी जा सके। इससे पहले टीएमसी ने सी.ई.सी. कुमार के इस्तीफे की मांग का समर्थन किया था।
