IIT Jodhpur PhD Admissions: BTech Graduates With 8 CGPA Can Apply Without GATE

IIT Jodhpur has opened applications for its PhD program in aerospace engineering for the 2026 academic session. The institute is allowing Bachelor of Technology graduates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) to apply directly for PhD admission. Applicants must have secured a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or above. Importantly, these students will not be required to have a GATE score for their application, providing a new pathway for aspiring researchers.

आईआईटी जोधपुर ने 2026 शैक्षणिक सत्र के लिए एयरोस्पेस इंजीनियरिंग में पीएचडी कार्यक्रम के लिए आवेदन खोल दिए हैं। संस्थान केंद्रीय वित्त पोषित तकनीकी संस्थानों (CFTIs) के बैचलर ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी स्नातकों को सीधे पीएचडी प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन करने की अनुमति दे रहा है। आवेदकों ने न्यूनतम 8.0 या उससे अधिक का सीजीपीए प्राप्त किया हो। महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि इन छात्रों को अपने आवेदन के लिए गेट स्कोर की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी, जिससे इच्छुक शोधकर्ताओं के लिए एक नया मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा।
