Delhi Police arrested three leaders of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) due to concerns they would violate laws and incite others if released. The arrests followed the detention of 14 CJP workers attempting to enter the Jantar Mantar protest site. Police cited allegations of repeated attempts to disturb public peace and use social media for unlawful activities. Two leaders were remanded to judicial custody, while one was bound to maintain peace for six months. FIRs were registered under various sections related to public servant orders and trespass.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के तीन नेताओं को इसलिए गिरफ्तार किया क्योंकि उन्हें डर था कि रिहा होने पर वे कानून तोड़ेंगे और दूसरों को भड़काएंगे। यह गिरफ्तारी जंतर मंतर विरोध स्थल में घुसने की कोशिश कर रहे 14 CJP कार्यकर्ताओं को हिरासत में लेने के बाद हुई। पुलिस ने सार्वजनिक शांति भंग करने और अवैध गतिविधियों के लिए सोशल मीडिया का इस्तेमाल करने के बार-बार प्रयास करने के आरोपों का हवाला दिया। दो नेताओं को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया, जबकि एक को छह महीने के लिए शांति बनाए रखने का पाबंद किया गया। लोक सेवक के आदेश और अतिचार से संबंधित विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत FIR दर्ज की गईं।
