A business owner in Surat has been booked by Sarthana police for allegedly sexually exploiting a 23-year-old female employee at her workplace. The incident reportedly occurred on September 27 when the accused, Dinesh Sorathiya, asked the woman to stay late. He is accused of groping her and threatening to terminate her employment if she resisted his advances. The victim initially feared reporting the incident due to job security concerns and financial worries but eventually approached the police with her father's support.

सूरत में एक बिज़नेस ओनर, दिनेश सोरथिया, पर सारथाना पुलिस ने अपनी 23 साल की महिला कर्मचारी का वर्कप्लेस पर यौन शोषण करने का आरोप लगाया है। यह घटना 27 सितंबर को हुई थी, जब आरोपी ने महिला को देर तक रुकने को कहा था। आरोप है कि उसने महिला को गलत तरीके से छुआ और अगर उसने विरोध किया तो नौकरी से निकालने की धमकी दी। पीड़िता ने शुरू में नौकरी जाने और पैसों की चिंता के कारण रिपोर्ट करने से डर रही थी, लेकिन आखिरकार अपने पिता के सहारे पुलिस के पास गई।
