Times of India · sports

Punjab Kings face significant coaching changes as fast-bowling coach James Hopes and fielding coach Brad Haddin have stepped down. Both coaches are moving to Australian domestic cricket, with Hopes becoming head coach of Queensland and the Brisbane Heat, and Haddin taking the same role for New South Wales. These departures create two key vacancies for head coach Ricky Ponting to fill before the next IPL season. The team also lost spin-bowling coach Sairaj Bahutule, who joined the Indian men's team.
