Bombay High Court Refuses to Stay Kangana Ranaut's 'Queen Forever' Sequel

The Bombay High Court has refused to grant an interim stay on the production and release of 'Queen Forever,' the upcoming sequel to Kangana Ranaut's 2014 film 'Queen.' Justice Sandeep Marne declined the interim relief sought by Phantom Studios India Pvt Ltd in its intellectual property dispute with Jiostar India Pvt Ltd. Phantom Studios, a co-producer of the original film, claimed joint ownership of the intellectual property rights and argued that the sequel could not proceed without their consent.

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने कंगना रनौत की 2014 की फिल्म 'क्वीन' के आगामी सीक्वल 'क्वीन फॉरएवर' के निर्माण और रिलीज पर अंतरिम रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है। जस्टिस संदीप मार्ने ने अपने बौद्धिक संपदा विवाद में फैंटम स्टूडियोज इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा जियोस्टार इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से मांगी गई अंतरिम राहत को अस्वीकार कर दिया। मूल फिल्म के सह-निर्माता फैंटम स्टूडियोज ने बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों के संयुक्त स्वामित्व का दावा किया और तर्क दिया कि उनकी सहमति के बिना सीक्वल आगे नहीं बढ़ सकता।
