Eternal To Swap AdOnMo Stake For Mygate Shares In Proposed Merger

Eternal, the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, has approved a deal to exchange its entire shareholding in AdOnMo for shares in Mygate. This move is part of a proposed merger between the two startups. Eternal will eventually hold approximately 4.4% of the merged Mygate entity, valued at ₹156 crore. This represents a 39.3% increase over Eternal's initial ₹112 crore investment in AdOnMo in January 2022. Following the transaction, AdOnMo will cease to exist as a separate entity, with its shareholders becoming part of the merged Mygate company.
