Opposition Leaders Invited to CJP Leader Saurav Das's Diwali Party

Hindustan Times · politics

CJP leader Saurav Das has invited several Opposition leaders, including TMC's Derek O'Brien and CPI(M)'s John Brittas, to an exclusive Diwali party. Senior CJP leaders Abhijeet Dipke and Ashutosh Ranka are also expected to attend, alongside Aam Aadmi Party leaders. The gathering is significant amid growing perceptions of Opposition parties warming up to the CJP. This follows recent public exchanges, including Rahul Gandhi's support for CJP activists and their protests, signalling a potential shift in political engagement.
