Man Arrested for Temple Thefts in Amangal, Property Worth ₹1.65 Lakh Recovered

Police in Amangal have arrested a 38-year-old man within 24 hours of thefts reported at two local temples. Property valued at ₹1.65 lakh, including silver and brass articles, copper vessels, a gold-plated item, and a motorcycle, was recovered from the accused. Identified using technical evidence and fingerprint analysis, the man is also suspected of involvement in similar temple thefts across multiple villages. A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

अमंगल पुलिस ने स्थानीय मंदिरों में हुई चोरी की रिपोर्ट के 24 घंटे के भीतर एक 38 वर्षीय व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी के पास से ₹1.65 लाख की संपत्ति बरामद हुई है, जिसमें चांदी और पीतल की वस्तुएं, तांबे के बर्तन, एक सोने की परत चढ़ी वस्तु और एक मोटरसाइकिल शामिल है। तकनीकी सबूतों और फिंगरप्रिंट विश्लेषण का उपयोग करके पहचाने गए इस व्यक्ति पर कई गांवों में इसी तरह की मंदिर चोरी में शामिल होने का भी संदेह है। भारतीय न्याय संहिता की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
