Telangana HC Bars Coercive Action Against Harish Rao's Father-in-Law

The Telangana High Court has directed the state government not to take any coercive action against BRS MLA T Harish Rao's father-in-law, Madhavarapu Hanmantha Rao. The court also ordered that he should not be dispossessed of his 3.22 acres of land in Siddipet district until his petition is decided. Hanmantha Rao had challenged a show cause notice proposing to resume his land, arguing he purchased it legally. The court has asked him to submit his explanation within two weeks and adjourned the matter.

तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार को BRS MLA टी हरीश राव के ससुर, माधवरापु हनुमंथा राव के खिलाफ कोई भी जबरन कार्रवाई न करने का निर्देश दिया है। कोर्ट ने यह भी आदेश दिया कि जब तक उनकी याचिका पर फैसला नहीं हो जाता, तब तक सिद्दीपेट जिले में उनकी 3.22 एकड़ जमीन से उन्हें बेदखल नहीं किया जाएगा। हनुमंथा राव ने अपनी जमीन को फिर से शुरू करने के प्रस्ताव वाले एक कारण बताओ नोटिस को चुनौती दी थी, यह तर्क देते हुए कि उन्होंने इसे कानूनी रूप से खरीदा था। कोर्ट ने उनसे दो सप्ताह के भीतर अपना स्पष्टीकरण जमा करने को कहा है और मामले को स्थगित कर दिया है।
