Rahul Gandhi's lawyer has opposed a plea seeking his voice sample in a defamation case filed over remarks made in London in 2023. The defense argued the request was premature for the ongoing court proceedings. Satyaki Savarkar's deposition also brought Godse-RSS links into focus during cross-examination. The court has directed the defense to file its formal response by September 1.
