Man Thrashed With Iron Rod, Hockey Stick By Contractor; Mason Dies

A 33-year-old worker, Shrikesh Kumar, died three days after being severely beaten with an iron rod and a hockey stick following a work dispute in Gurgaon's Badshahpur area. The incident occurred when contractor Jitendra and mason Sandeep allegedly attacked Kumar and his brother over company material. Kumar was initially taken to Civil Hospital and later referred to Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday. Police have registered a murder case against the accused, who are currently on the run.

गुड़गांव के बादशाहपुर इलाके में काम को लेकर हुए विवाद के बाद लोहे की रॉड और हॉकी स्टिक से बुरी तरह पीटे जाने के तीन दिन बाद 33 वर्षीय मजदूर श्रीकेश कुमार की मौत हो गई। यह घटना तब हुई जब ठेकेदार जितेंद्र और मिस्त्री संदीप पर कथित तौर पर कंपनी के सामान को लेकर कुमार और उसके भाई पर हमला करने का आरोप है। कुमार को शुरू में सिविल अस्पताल ले जाया गया और बाद में दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया, जहाँ बुधवार को चोटों के कारण उसकी मौत हो गई। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है, जो फिलहाल फरार हैं।
