Art Exhibition Connects Gaza and West Bank Artists Despite Israeli Restrictions

An initiative called Anamel Falasteen has successfully brought together young Palestinian artists from Gaza and the occupied West Bank through twin exhibitions. The event, organized by the Falasteen Collective, aimed to bridge the geographical and movement restrictions imposed by Israel. Due to the blockade, reproductions of artworks from Gaza were displayed alongside original pieces from the West Bank in Bethlehem. Organizers highlighted the importance of giving these artists a voice and showing the world they still exist, fostering hope amidst conflict.
