He emphasized that while Tata Sons is not a listed entity, its listed group companies and their promoters must adhere to SEBI's disclosure and compliance rules. Pandey's remarks come amid discussions regarding the reappointment of N Chandrasekaran as chairman and the potential listing of Tata Sons.
