मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने रिटायर्ड जज गिरिबाला सिंह की जमानत अर्जी खारिज कर दी है। उन पर ट्विशा शर्मा आत्महत्या मामले में आरोप हैं। कोर्ट ने कहा कि मृतक के मोबाइल फोन और सीसीटीवी डीवीआर की फोरेंसिक जांच अभी चल रही है, जो जांच के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी है। इन रिपोर्टों से अहम सबूत मिलने और गवाहों की पहचान होने की उम्मीद है। कोर्ट ने यह भी बताया कि व्हाट्सएप मैसेज में मानसिक उत्पीड़न और घरेलू समस्याओं का ज़िक्र है। साथ ही, घटना की रात सिंह की गतिविधियों को दिखाने वाला सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी मिला है।
