Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT), a key entity within Tata Trusts, has submitted its response to the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner regarding governance complaints filed by two trustees. The trust had sought an extension, with October 19 being the new deadline. The contents of the reply are currently unknown but are expected to influence the Commissioner's actions concerning SDTT and Sir Ratan Tata Trust. Vice-chairmen Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh had previously flagged governance lapses and alleged SDTT's involvement in commercial matters, deviating from its philanthropic mandate.
