Jaipur Man's Death Reclassified as Murder After Wife Alleges Staged Suicide

Nearly three months after a 58-year-old man was found hanging near his home, his wife has filed a murder case against four men. The FIR was registered following a court order, with the wife alleging the accused killed him and staged his death as a suicide. This was allegedly done to pressure the family into withdrawing a gang-rape case filed against the accused in June concerning their 23-year-old daughter. Police had initially registered a suicide case on July 5, but are now investigating the murder allegations.

लगभग तीन महीने बाद जब एक 58 वर्षीय व्यक्ति अपने घर के पास लटका हुआ पाया गया, तो उसकी पत्नी ने चार लोगों के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज कराया है। अदालत के आदेश के बाद FIR दर्ज की गई, जिसमें पत्नी ने आरोप लगाया कि आरोपियों ने उसे मार डाला और उसकी मौत को आत्महत्या का रूप दिया। कथित तौर पर यह जून में आरोपियों के खिलाफ दर्ज कराई गई गैंगरेप की शिकायत को वापस लेने के लिए परिवार पर दबाव बनाने के लिए किया गया था, जो उनकी 23 वर्षीय बेटी से संबंधित थी। पुलिस ने शुरू में 5 जुलाई को आत्महत्या का मामला दर्ज किया था, लेकिन अब हत्या के आरोपों की जांच कर रही है।
